Order Processing
We appreciate your order! All online orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on the season. Please allow 3–4 business days during peak sales events and holidays for your order to be processed and shipped. We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All orders with shipping addresses that do not match billing addresses will be subject to a hold for verification. To assure prompt and on-time delivery, your shipping and billing addresses must match, or you will be asked to verify your address. All orders are securely processed by Shopify.com.
Return
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Pre-Orders are Non-Refundable.
Privacy
Bvnds.com respects our customers' account information as private and confidential and will not share it with any outside organizations or individuals unless we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
Shipping
Full credit card billing addresses must match the full address of the shipping address. We cannot accept orders addressed to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
We require a Direct Signature when receiving packages.
We do not offer Saturday delivery. Please note that we only ship out Monday through Friday, with the exception of U.S. holidays.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and verification, and (an additional 7–10 business days for Ground or 2 business days for 2-Day Air) for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.
Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Shipping to USA
Shipped via either UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx.
Shipping to Canada
Shipped via either FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.
All Canadian customers will be responsible for paying any import duties and any additional fees or taxes once a shipment reaches Canada. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer.

Duties and Taxes
All international shipments are subject to your home country's customs regulations. BVNDS is not responsible for taxes and duties. All packages returned for failure to pay duties are not our responsibility, and you will not receive a refund in this case.
