  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (standard shipping only, U.S. domestic orders).

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: Bvnds is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Bvnds is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Bands is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
